Tanveer has over 20 years of experience, Tanveer is a seasoned expert in guiding both family offices and public entities through transformational journeys, focusing on strategic excellence, governance optimization, and maximizing investment outcomes. His expertise lies in steering organizations toward sustainable growth while fostering operational efficiency and shareholder value, leveraging digital and AI levers.

Currently a Partner at Oliver Wyman, Tanveer has previously held the role of Group CEO at Dhabi Group, under the patronage of H.H. Sheikh Nahayan in the UAE. During his tenure, he managed a diverse portfolio of large-scale investments, including significant holdings in Pakistan, such as Jazz (telecom) and Bank Alfalah. Prior to these roles, Tanveer held senior leadership positions as Managing Director at Alvarez & Marsal and at Bain & Company, where he worked across Europe and the Middle East.

His extensive experience spans both executive and advisory capacities. As a Group CEO and trusted advisor, he has successfully navigated complex organizational transformations, aligning the interests of shareholders, boards, and management teams. His contributions as a board member across various industries have helped drive organic and inorganic growth.

Tanveer holds an MBA from IMD in Switzerland and a Master’s in Engineering from Norway.
